Large suitcases crowd local buses and limit where travelers can go. On Ishigaki, a route bus built for about 80 passengers can fill up with only around 35 people once luggage takes up the space. By separating luggage from people, we make trips easier for visitors and keep public transport usable for residents.
- RedCaps — same-day luggage delivery between Ishigaki Airport, the remote-island ferry terminal and more than 400 accommodations across the island.
- Airport Information — since April 2026 we operate the information counter at Ishigaki Airport’s domestic terminal, combining visitor guidance with luggage drop-off.
- Public–private projects — with local governments, tourism associations and transport operators, we promote hands-free travel and responsible “touristship”.
